{"id":94628,"date":"2021-06-10T15:12:25","date_gmt":"2021-06-10T14:12:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/?p=94628"},"modified":"2021-07-06T13:36:56","modified_gmt":"2021-07-06T12:36:56","slug":"keepmoat-land-deals","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/keepmoat-land-deals\/94628\/","title":{"rendered":"Keepmoat Homes acquires 3 new sites in the North West"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.keepmoat.com\/new-build-homes\/burnley\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Keepmoat Homes<\/a> has acquired three new land deals in Leyland, Accrington and Stoke on Trent to deliver 723 new homes<\/h2>\n<p>As part of these land deals, Keepmoat Homes will deliver 723 new homes, with a combined Gross Development Value (GDV) of \u00a3135m.<\/p>\n<p>The sites located in Leyland, Accrington and Stoke on Trent have all obtained <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/the-queen-planning-system\/93259\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">planning approval<\/a> from local authorities.<\/p>\n<h3>The three schemes include:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A 520-plot development Farington Mews, Leyland<\/li>\n<li>A 157-plot development at Biddulph, Stoke on Trent<\/li>\n<li>A 46-plot development Acorn View, Accrington.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The developments will offer two, three and four-bedroom homes which will be available in multiple house types and various purchasing options from open market sale to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/shared-ownership-housing-crisis\/67598\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">shared ownership<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Homebuyers will also be able to benefit from the Government-backed mortgage guarantee, allowing first-time and current homeowners to obtain a 95% mortgage from lenders.<\/p>\n<h3>\u2018Transform communities and improve the lives of local people\u2019<\/h3>\n<p>Gareth Owen, land &amp;
