RED Construction<\/a> has been appointed by Lore Group<\/a> to restore the former Ace Hotel London Shoreditch into a new independent hotel<\/h2>\n

Located at 100 High Street Shoreditch, the new hotel is set to open in Autumn 2021.<\/p>\n

Alongside architects Henley Halebrown, RED Construction will execute the redevelopment of the seven-storey building, which was once home to Ace Hotel London Shoreditch.<\/p>\n

Works are underway to deliver 258 bedrooms, creating six new restaurants and bars, including a destination cocktail bar, five meeting and event spaces, and an expanded rooftop terrace offering panoramic views across East London.<\/p>\n

RED Construction is also carrying out a restoration of the site\u2019s fa\u00e7ade<\/a>, replacing and installing the latest mechanical and electrical plant systems throughout the area, refurbishing the roof of the existing premises, and enhancing the building\u2019s distinctive oriel windows.<\/p>\n

\u201cSpanning hospitality and accommodation, the project joins RED\u2019s strong hotel project credentials, alongside the recently completed lean-luxury Ruby Lucy London Hotel in South Bank, and the upcoming The Other House flexible-stay hotel scheme in South Kensington.\u201d<\/p>\n

David Taylor at Lore Group, added: \u201cWe are delighted to welcome RED Construction on board and look forward to revealing this independent new concept to the capital later this year.\u201d<\/p>\n

Once launched, One Hundred Shoreditch will offer the widest choice of restaurants and bars within one hotel in the area, including a seafood restaurant and wine bar.<\/p>\n
