Engineering consultancy, Patrick Parsons<\/a> has been appointed by Countryside<\/a> to deliver civil and structural engineering consultancy services for the first 332 new homes at Fairham, Nottingham<\/h2>\n

The 20-acre site is the first parcel of land of the \u00a3800m new neighbourhood plans for Nottingham, being delivered in partnership by Clowes Developments<\/a> and Homes England<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Situated on a 606-acre site on the southern edge of the city, Fairham will bring a total of 3,000 new homes<\/a>, as well as numerous jobs and opportunities.<\/p>\n

Collaborating with Countryside on the 20-acre site, Patrick Parsons will support the project from the feasibility stage, through planning to construction and handover. The homes include three and four-bedroom homes and one and two-bedroom apartments.<\/p>\n

\u2018Setting the tone for future neighbourhoods\u2019<\/h3>\n

Gail Bamforth, CEO of Patrick Parsons, said: \u201cWe are delighted to be involved in this significant scheme, working with Countryside to deliver the premier residential phase of the Fairham development<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis landmark new community will set the tone for our future neighbourhoods, delivering sustainable place and space for people to live and flourish.\u201d<\/p>\n

Once completed Fairham will bring brand new amenities including a primary school, health centre and community centre, as well as more than 50-acres of commercial space within easy reach of the M1.<\/p>\n

Patrick Parsons and Countryside have forged a well-established relationship, with the engineering consultancy recently appointed to deliver on Standard Hill and Walton on Trent Bypass for the housebuilder.<\/p>\n
