NetZero Buildings and Premier Modular are both a part of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cabotsquare.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cabot Square<\/a>\u2019s private equity portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>It is an offsite manufacturer and leasing specialist and has a number of flagship low carbon education schemes currently underway following its success on the multi-billion pound <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/offsite-construction-framework-modern-methods-of-construction\/modern-methods-of-construction-mmc1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Department for Education MMC1 framework<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>These include a \u00a310.7m, 140-place net-zero pathfinder scheme for the new Treetops Free School in Essex.<\/p>\n<p>Current projects include a \u00a32.8m contract with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.balfourbeatty.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Balfour Beatty<\/a> to provide a two-storey office building to support the Department of Health\u2019s NHS testing programme; a \u00a31.5m contract in partnership with Zedpods to manufacture affordable housing for Bromley Council, and a \u00a33m contract to provide two buildings at RAF Leeming.
