Premier Modular<\/a> has won a place on the \u00a31.6bn NHS shared business services modular construction framework in all seven lots<\/h2>\n

To qualify, Premier Modular had to demonstrate their expertise and experience in offering a full turnkey construction solution, including feasibility studies, planning applications, architectural design, enabling works, site works, landscaping and commissioning.<\/p>\n

The NHS Shared Business Services framework will run for up to four years and can be used by a range of public sector clients in the education<\/a>, healthcare and residential sectors.<\/p>\n

The efficiency and sustainability benefits of offsite manufacturing<\/a> support the Government\u2019s construction targets for increased productivity, reduced costs, programme savings, and reduced impact on the environment.<\/p>\n

Building applications under the framework include hospital buildings, housing to address homelessness<\/a>, care homes, and teaching facilities for schools, and student accommodation.<\/p>\n

Contracts can be awarded directly or via mini competition to reduce the time and cost of public sector building procurement.<\/p>\n

Fast-track offsite solutions<\/h3>\n
