Jarvis Contracting<\/a> has been appointed by Watford Health Campus Partnership to deliver the \u2018Avenues at Riverwell\u2019 scheme, part of the \u00a3400m Watford Riverwell regeneration<\/h2>\n

Avenues at Riverwell<\/a> will see 192 homes delivered across two phases, directly south of Watford FC\u2019s Vicarage Road football stadium. 62 units will be for Watford Community Housing, the affordable housing<\/a> partner for the scheme.<\/p>\n

Phase 1 (due for completion in summer 2023) will deliver 12 maisonettes and 11 houses for affordable living, and 62 houses for open market sale \u2013 providing 85 homes overall.<\/p>\n

Phase 2 (scheduled to start in spring 2023 and complete in winter 2024) will deliver 50 apartments in a 7-storey block for shared ownership<\/a> and open market sale, incorporating a ground floor community centre.<\/p>\n

A further 57 homes will be delivered as part of phase 2, with 29 as affordable tenures.<\/p>\n

Avenues at Riverwell is the latest phase of Watford Riverwell, a \u00a3400m regeneration project transforming 70 acres of land south of Watford General Hospital and Watford Football Club, providing new homes, shops, community facilities and open spaces.<\/p>\n

Main works on Phase 1 will commence in the summer.<\/p>\n
