{"id":97009,"date":"2021-07-29T10:03:43","date_gmt":"2021-07-29T09:03:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/?p=97009"},"modified":"2021-07-29T10:03:43","modified_gmt":"2021-07-29T09:03:43","slug":"muse-developments-two-appointments","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/hr-skills-news\/muse-developments-two-appointments\/97009\/","title":{"rendered":"Muse Developments expands Soho team with two appointments"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.musedevelopments.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Muse Developments<\/a> has appointed Elizabeth Wright and Robert Allan to its southern team at Soho Square, as part of the business\u2019 continued strategic expansion<\/h2>\n<p>Elizabeth Wright joins Muse as a senior development manager from London &amp; Regional, where she focused on the delivery of a range of hotel schemes in the UK and Greece.<\/p>\n<p>Wright worked for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/organisations\/homes-england\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Homes England<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.countrysideproperties.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Countryside Properties<\/a>, delivering a number of residential schemes, including the regeneration of St Mary\u2019s Island, Chatham &#8211; a new community of over 1,750 new homes.<\/p>\n<p>Robert Allan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/hr-skills-news\/muse-appoints-new-north-west-development-surveyor\/96529\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">joins the team<\/a> as a development director from Cain International, having previously worked at Hammerson and Derwent London.<\/p>\n<p>Allan has considerable experience in leading on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/west-london-regeneration\/89081\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">major mixed-use schemes<\/a> across Greater London and beyond, most recently, The Stage, a high-profile, 2.5-acre development in Shoreditch, comprising two office buildings, 412 homes, alongside retail and restaurant space.<\/p>\n<h3>Time to drive investment and regeneration<\/h3>\n<p>Board director, Mike Auger, said: &#8220;I\u2019m delighted to welcome both Elizabeth and Robert to the team, as we expand our portfolio across the region and seek to bring forward first-class schemes that deliver direct benefits to communities at pace.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cElizabeth and Robert are joining the business at an exciting time and their experience will be vital to our collective success.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have a tenacious team, all passionate about working in partnership to deliver place-changing regeneration that drives investment, opportunities and prosperity for all.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Wright said: \u201cI\u2019m really excited to be joining this thriving business and add value to its social purpose.
