Following a \u00a335m investment from Weston Group<\/a>, British Offsite<\/a> has officially launched to deliver 4,000 homes per year and revolutionise MMC residential market<\/h2>\n

British Offsite offers a technologically advanced light gauge steel<\/a> panel system in the marketplace.<\/p>\n

As part of its open market launch, British Offsite will have an exhibition stand at the Offsite Expo<\/a> at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry, 21-22 September 2021 to meet customers and showcase their product range for the first time.<\/p>\n

The launch of British Offsite will see the company selling its exterior building and interior fitout components to builders and contractors in the construction sector, including local and regional housebuilders.<\/p>\n

Customers of British Offsite will be invited to place orders for the manufacture, delivery and installation on site of these factory-made components.<\/p>\n

British Offsite collaborates with its customers on sequencing and construction programme management, to ensure that the efficiency of the UNI System is optimised.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0UNI System\u00a0range includes light gauge panels, walls, roofs and floors.<\/p>\n

In addition,\u00a0British Offsite\u00a0also manufactures internal fitout modules, under their\u00a0BOS Fitout\u00a0brand, which includes bathroom components, kitchen and bedroom products, designed to be easily integrated into existing projects, with full quality control testing before elements reach site.<\/p>\n

The company has recently invested in a second state-of-the-art factory, to run along alongside their existing factory in Braintree, Essex.<\/p>\n

This new factory’s\u00a0robotic production line, inspired by the automotive industry, will be operated by the British\u00a0Offsite\u00a0workforce and is enhancing the business’s capacity to enable it to deliver 400% more construction activity per employee.<\/p>\n

The \u00a36m production line is being delivered by Swedish partner\u00a0Randek AB<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u2018Reduce risks and delays\u2019<\/h3>\n

Shaun Weston,\u00a0managing director\u00a0of\u00a0British Offsite, said: \u201cBritish Offsite\u00a0has been launched to radically reduce the risk and delays in construction, an unrivalled delivery capacity helping to deliver occupiable homes faster.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur MMC products are designed to be easily integrated into existing projects, helping to streamline traditional residential construction.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur state-of-the-art facilities will include the largest steel panel factory in the UK, with the most advanced light-gauge steel assembly line in Europe, meaning we can deliver precise products more quickly for our customers.\u201d<\/p>\n
