rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kelland Homes<\/a> have come together to support the delivery of the Foothills Killinarden development for <a href=\"https:\/\/sdcc.ie\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">South Dublin County Council<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>The development at Killinarden will embrace both the existing community and features of the locality, whilst realising its own unique identity.<\/p>\n<p>It will comprise a fully integrated mix of affordable purchase, private and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/mmc-news\/modular-homes-social-housing\/73300\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">social homes<\/a> to provide accommodation in a tenure blind scheme.<\/p>\n<p>Sick have said they &#8220;look forward to working with the community and stakeholder to create a lifelong development for future generations.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>A great opportunity for the Arden Team<\/h3>\n<p>Fergal Lalor, managing director of Sisk Living, said: \u201cThe
