Ball and Berry Ltd was established in 2007 with the aim of becoming the `first choice` for Building Control provider.

We are licensed by the Construction Industry Council to provide Building Control services anywhere in England and Wales.

We guide our customers through to compliance with the Building Regulations 2010 and associated legislation.

We have in place the relevant Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurances, as required by Government.

We are able to deal with any type of building work from domestic alterations (extensions, loft conversions etc.) through to new commercial building projects and alterations to existing buildings.
