JM Partnership have been Approved Inspectors since 1997 and were one of the first companies to become registered and licensed by the Construction Industry Council.
In order to deal with the client’s requirement for services throughout the country (England & Wales), JM Partnership have a managed network of qualified regional surveyors which are organised and monitored from the central office. This assists in providing an effective, experienced and responsive method of site inspections throughout the country and enables issues to be dealt with at an early stage. JM Partnership currently provides Building Regulations, Fire Safety and Access Consultancy services nationally to its Clients, Designers, Developers and Contractors. In dealing with the broad range of design and complexity of projects, the employment of professional staff with substantial experience in areas such as Fire Engineering, Access and Disability issues, Acoustics, Structural and Civil Engineering, Building Control Consultancy and CDM Co-ordinators has been necessary. The company also appoints specialist consultants on areas where additional information and advice may be required.
JM Partnership offers the ability to be appointed at an early stage of the project design which, in partnership with the other members of the project team, allows the resolution of any key problems in a timely manner possibly saving expense and design time.
