Planning can be a complex and difficult part of the development process. Juliet provides clear, sound, creative and innovative planning and regeneration solutions for challenging times, providing advice that is tailored specifically for individual circumstances.
Since 2004 Juliet has worked as a planning consultant in London, predominantly in the private sector. Juliet also spent some time working for the City of London Corporation as part of the City Property Advisory Team. Juliet also works with a firm of planning consultants where specialist heritage advice is needed or for particularly complex schemes where second opinions are useful. She prides herself on innovation, sound research and integrity.
From site identification through to delivery of planning consent, Juliet works collaboratively with the client and the wider design team, providing recommendations based on sound research to ensure schemes are successfully delivered for the short and long term in a changing landscape.
Juliet has significant experience of working with local communities, organising meaningful consultation to ensure a scheme meets the needs of those that live and work in an area and thus ensuring a smoother process for all involved.
