MC Plan and Site Services Ltd is a well-respected Corporate Approved Inspector company, founded by Mark Cook.
Mark has over 25 years of Construction Industry experience with 15 years of that experience within the Building Control Environment. Working previously for both the NHBC and Local Authority Building Control, Mark’s knowledge base and experience is extensive and varied across both the public and private sectors, incorporating refurbishments of existing office buildings and entertainment venues.

Aim
Our Aim is to provide a personalised Professional Building Control Service to both the Private and Commercial sectors, regardless of size and monetary value. We at MC Plan & Site Services Ltd act as a ‘One Stop Shop’, encompassing all Building Control services under one roof in an efficient and cost effective manner. MC Plan & Site Services Ltd will work closely with all parties involved throughout the process, including the Application Submission, Plan Assessments, Site Inspections and Completion of works.
MC Plan and Site Services Ltd are partnered with CRL, who provide 10-year Structural Defects Insurance policies for residential dwellings. The policy provides cover for any major structural defects that occur within the 10-year cover period.
Cover begins on the day of completion of construction of the property.

Our Head Office is in Poole, Dorset with other offices across the south, offering the opportunity to carry out the Building Control Service in areas such as Hampshire, Wiltshire, Devon, Somerset, Surrey, Sussex and London.
