We take on projects from £10k – £2m, it could be an extension to an existing home, a complete renovation or a new build grand design.

We understand the importance of creating that extra bit of space, or that dream home to your desired taste, and that’s why we are passionate about working with you the client to gain an understanding of exactly what you want so we can deliver to your expectation and so that we can provide you with 100% value. The passion to provide this service comes from, Our Director Eddie Acford who is continually trying to improve the experience that a client receives.

How we manage your project;

“Get involved”

We work in two different ways, we have found that some clients love to get involved in their own project, so we have devised a strategy that works for these clients.

You hire us on a “Project Management” basis, we supply either part-time or full time site supervision, subcontractor management,  project planning, cost planning and delivery of your home or building for one price. The client keeps control financially and pays the subcontractor directly, this means you as the client gain transparency on all costs, and have an active involvement in the commercial management of your building.

OR

“Don’t get involved”

We have found that some clients like us to take it all out of their hands, and take on the whole project with minimal involvement, just to turn up when they can, and in some cases just on handover day. We have devised a strategy for these clients.

You hire us as the main “Contractor”, we then supply a full management service which includes everything that your project requires, pre construction involvement with design, site set up, meeting with suppliers to inspect work, subcontractor management, site management, and all commercial management.

Aftercare

All our projects come with a 12 month aftercare service.
