With offices in Chester, Leicester, Lincoln, London and Stamford, Quadrant Building Control is licensed by the Construction Industry Council (CIC) to provide Building Regulation Approvals for all types and sizes of commercial and domestic buildings throughout England and Wales.

The company was formed in 2007 by the four directors – all having significant previous private sector and local authority building control experience,  across a diverse range of building types.

Quadrant Building Control has benefited from year on year growth, and gained a reputation of providing a helpful and professional  building control service for its Customers.  We work with a number of high profile commercial Clients, who appreciate the high quality service that we are proud to deliver. And we are committed to maintaining high service standards, to meet all of our Clients’ future building control requirements and aspirations.

In addition to our core building control service, we also provide energy assessments and training.
