Sevenoaks and Tonbridge & Malling have joined forces to form the ‘Building Control Partnership’ and aims to provide a first class service to our customers.
The new arrangement allows the sharing and collaboration of expertise to provide a professional building control service. We work in partnership with designers, developers, builders and homeowners to help ensure individual projects run smoothly and meet the requirements of the building regulations.
Our friendly qualified team are locally based, have a wealth of knowledge, and are happy to discuss your project requirements whether it is a domestic extension, conversion, new dwelling or commercial/ mixed use development.
Our services include pre application advice, detailed plans appraisal, structural design checking along with site inspections tailored to meet your requirements.
We also offer a range of consultancy services including SAP assessments, Code for Sustainable Homes and Fire Risk Assessments.
