Based in Ormskirk we are centrally located and ideally placed to provide an effective and responsive service to developers in the area. Over the years, we have developed a customer services approach and see ourselves as a member of the construction team rather than a control service; we aim to provide a local, customer-focused Building Control Service including pre-submission advice, technical support, plan assessment and site inspections by locally based officers for all types of building work.
