Our property development pathway offers a fast-track route for professionals seeking to master property development management, whilst achieving full membership of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB).
Split across six units, course participants will learn both the foundational knowledge and practical tasks that are undertaken by a property development manager, from understanding the economic decisions to the data-driven tasks that are a part of the role.
To support your learning, live webinars are held after each unit, providing an opportunity to reinforce key concepts. Additionally, you’ll have access to a dedicated forum where you can engage with your trainer and fellow delegates, ask questions, and seek clarification throughout the course.
