Event Details
As we engage with the government’s new levelling up agenda, this year’s RICS Planning and Development conference will address how surveyors can effectively contribute to achieving its aims
RICS will provide an opportunity to hear first-hand from the government about the detailed measures it proposes and the locations where growth is intended to be prioritised.
We will also hear from experts about how to manage the forthcoming changes, particularly how to cope with the cumulative costs of increasing development standards.
With government measures extending from renewable energy to nutrient neutrality and biodiversity net gain, it has never been more imperative for surveyors to stay informed and up to date on the future planning and development landscape.
