Costel Radescu is the Founder and CEO of CR Group, a fully integrated property and construction company uniting five specialist divisions: CR Joinery, CR Developments & Constructions, CR Building Contractors, CR Designs, and CR Property Investments. With a background in hands-on construction and project management, he brings over a decade of industry experience across residential, commercial, and investment sectors.
Costel came to London 19 years ago and began his journey in the industry as a labourer. With a relentless drive to learn and challenge himself, he immersed himself in every stage and speciality of the building trade, gaining valuable experience across the full spectrum of construction. In 2010, he completed his first flat working for himself. Within just six months, he had built a team of 15. By 2012, his focus expanded to include extensions and landscaping, followed by loft conversions in 2015, and new builds in 2016, reflecting his constant evolution and ambition to become a one-stop shop for his clients.
This hands-on foundation and entrepreneurial spirit have been instrumental in shaping CR Group’s vision and values. His practical expertise, combined with a strategic mindset, has enabled him to build CR Group into a multi-disciplinary firm known for delivering high-quality projects with precision and professionalism.
