Richard has been a Director of the MPBA for over five years and was instrumental in setting up their Learning Hub – a training and development centre conceived to close the knowledge gap across the industry and help develop a solution to potential skills shortages in the future. With background in engineering, before moving into the construction industry in the early 2000’s – Richard’s breadth of skills combine the fusion of manufacturing and construction expertise.
