A record-breaking success: Looking back at the 2025 World of Modular

MBI’s 2025 World of Modular conference and tradeshow was held in April at the luxurious Bellagio Resort & Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada

World of Modular has long been the industry’s best chance to meet new contacts, learn from industry experts and reconnect with old friends, but this year – as MBI celebrated 42 years of serving the commercial modular construction industry – the energy was palpable. And with over 1,700 attendees, it was MBI’s largest event ever.

Over four days, participants attended multiple keynote addresses, chose from dozens of educational breakout sessions, got leads and contacts from over 220 exhibitors, taught and inspired dozens of visiting high school and college students, and were entertained with parties, golf and numerous networking opportunities.

“My experience in the exhibition hall is phenomenal,” said Adam Proctor of A Proctor Group, during the event.

“People are engaged. They’re coming up to the stand. They’re wanting to chat and engage with us, which has been really refreshing.”

“When I leave these shows, I know that I have contacts and can make the money right back that I put into the business,” said Ray Channell of Reef Industries.

“I’ve been able to interact with everybody and I feel like I’m building a family with the MBI community.”

World of Modular returns to Europe in October

Following its inaugural World of Modular Europe event in Brussels in October 2024, the MBI is bringing its signature event to Madrid in October 2025.

Featuring expert speakers and exhibitors from across Europe, Asia and the Americas, this modular construction conference and expo will celebrate the growth and potential of commercial modular and offsite construction and provide invaluable international networking opportunities.
