Modern Methods of Construction – New Homes (NH3)

This framework has been developed to provide an efficient, value-for-money procurement route for local authorities, social landlords and other public sector bodies for the offsite development of new residential buildings using modern methods of construction (MMC).

Our vision for the framework

This framework is designed to support LHC Partners to increase the use of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) in delivering their housing programmes.

  • Meeting the ‘Gold Standard’.
  • Promoting early collaboration between Partners and Appointed Companies.
  • Bringing Partners together for the aggregation of demand.
  • Delivery of the Net Zero Public Sector Buildings standard to support public bodies in meeting their net zero commitments for their new build projects.
  • • Increased use of Pre-Construction Service Agreements (PCSAs).
