Mick George Ltd discuss the Deans Farm demolition as part of the redevelopment to create commercial property on behalf of Parkway Construction (MK) Ltd

A former agricultural site known as Deans Farm in Leighton Buzzard is set for major redevelopment, transforming the existing landscape in to a £3.6m commercial premises.

Construction experts Mick George Ltd on behalf of Parkway Construction (MK) Ltd will shortly commence Demolition of the existing office / store buildings and two bungalows, making way for an impressive warehouse, loading bay, sorting shed, service-yard, office and vehicle-parking facility, on this 1.79-hectare site off of the A505.

The building itself is set to include an architectural free-standing entrance feature and brie solar screening to the south elevation. Internally, a 2,184sq metre warehouse that features a 12-metre high roof will be created, as well as two covered canopy areas of 975 and 1,175sq metres, a 346sq metre ground floor office and a 314sq metre first floor office, plus parking for 50 cars and 40 HGVs.
