‘IT’S HARD TO BELIEVE that World of Modular is behind us already. There’s nothing quite like Las Vegas, and, speaking for myself, it was an incredible event. With over 1,700 attendees from 30+ countries, it was impossible to speak with everyone, but I was so happy to meet and reconnect with friends and peers from around the globe.
‘In particular, I am thankful to have been able to meet with our members and friends from Canada and Europe, and I can’t wait to continue those relationships. Now, with the end of World of Modular here in the United States, it’s time to look ahead at what’s to come in 2025, both for MBI and for the entire industry.
The future of 2025
‘As we enter Q2, we continue to face challenges in states like Oregon and New York, and of course the concerns about tariffs will be an ongoing issue for our industry—and all industries—for the foreseeable future. That said, MBI is facing the remainder of 2025 in excellent shape. Our membership numbers have never been higher, our events are setting records for attendance and revenue, and our staff—bolstered by the PR/GR firms we’ve contracted with in North America—is growing.
‘Indeed, there’s much to look forward to this year, but the success of MBI is anything but guaranteed. To put it bluntly: We need your continued support. Whether it’s through sponsorships, supporting MBI’s modular building labeling program (MBI Seals), or attending our events, MBI relies entirely on the financial support of its members to protect and promote the modular construction industry.
‘It’s that very mission that sets MBI apart from the other organizations orbiting our membership: MBI is using all its resources—and, in fact, continuously creating more resources—to serve you, to serve your business, and to serve the entire industry. This coming year, there will be ample opportunities for you to both show your support and take advantage of the tools and resources we offer.
