Learn about Re-flow’s 1.7 software update

The Re-flow team will be there showcasing their leading field management software at Stand U09. With the launch of the 1.7 update earlier this month, Re-flow will be demonstrating their brand-new hiring system, BoQ update and refined dashboard, along with new views and user shortcuts.

These customer-requested features give users full oversight of equipment and costs and make navigating the dashboard simple.

The hiring system allows users an overview of loaning equipment to operatives, sub-contractors and other third parties through the dashboard. Driven through forms, the data is imported so businesses can accurately charge hiring, which they may have used other systems for previously.

Rates are pulled from a master list which can be adjusted by contract, client or default. Users have the ability to set rules such as discounts when equipment is returned early, uplifts for weekends, bank holidays and night work, and discounts and suspensions for items if something goes wrong.

With on-hire and off-hire, dates can also be planned and controlled, with the ability to track asset statuses using forms. Clients will know where their equipment is at all times – when it was picked up and returned.

Additionally, hire assets can also now be tracked through the recently expanded scheduler. With new support for vehicle location tracking, users have complete oversight on hired plant and equipment through instant form data.

All of these new additions can inform the Bill of Quantities (BoQ). Through forms, the BoQ will pull through an estimated quantity and make an informed guess on how many items may be needed for a similar job. It also has the actual quantity, which helps from a reporting perspective. So, there are projected numbers versus actual, and those creating a job can see the difference in price.

With a collapsible side menu, users get a better view of the dashboard, and it makes it easier to see on tablets. The ability to favourite pages also makes it simple to access the features used day-to-day.

Aaron Bilenkyj, technical sales consultant, said: “With each new update, our aim is to make Re-flow even more user-friendly, flexible and scalable. We are currently at the forefront of field management technology in the UK, and events like UKIS are great opportunities to show the industry the benefits of a digital solution like Re-flow.”

Their software specialists will be ready to show off the new hiring system as well as:

  • The optimised dashboard – with a collapsable side menu and favourites option
  • The ability to soft delete and archive, – so no more lost data
  • AI reporting – to make reports more visual and easier to understand

And much more…

Re-flow has already been adopted by hundreds of businesses nationwide, including City TM, LAML and Opals. To learn how you could implement the software, head to Stand U09 on Tuesday, 12th March, at the NEC in Birmingham.
