Electric heating manufacturer Fischer Future Heat has partnered with domestic energy supplier Home Energy to launch the UK’s most efficient fixed priced energy deal – giving Fischer customers exclusive access to 10 hours of reduced price electricity

Fixed for 12 months, the ECO HOME 10 tariff coincides with the launch of Fischer’s new Elektrostore high heat retention storage heater and is exclusively available to new and existing Fischer customers.

10 Hours is better than 7

Designed to work in conjunction with Fischer’s full range of electric heating products, customers will be rewarded with seven hours of cheaper electricity rates overnight, a further two hours in the afternoon, followed by an additional hour in the evening.

Fischer founder Keith Bastian said: “We’re delighted to launch our new partnership with Home Energy and are looking forward to providing 10 hours of cheaper rate electricity to our customers. The bonus three hours compared to a standard Economy 7 tariff will make a real and tangible difference to the lives of our customers and deliver much needed savings on energy bills.”

First of its kind smart tariff

The Eco Home 10 tariff created by Home Energy is the first-of-its-kind smart tariff, developed for use with Fischer’s electric heating products. Prices are fixed for 12 months, ensuring valuable peace of mind for customers in an energy market still susceptible to fluctuations.

Spokesperson for Home Energy, Andrew Burns, said: “This new partnership with Fischer is a fantastic opportunity for customers to reduce their energy bills and we’re excited to join forces with such a forward-thinking company. The combination of efficient heating systems and smart tariff pricing is the direction of travel customers need and we’re happy to be a part of this journey.”

Fischer has been manufacturing electric heating products for 75 years, with a product range including electric HeatCore radiators, electric boilers, air source heat pumps, electric water systems and high heat retention storage heaters.

Keith Bastian added: “The Eco Home 10 tariff has the potential to deliver substantial savings to customers over the next 12 months. The additional three hours of cheap rate electricity will also help customers make savings when using their washing machines and tumble dryers. This, coupled with reduced heating costs, makes this new tariff a must-have for all price savvy consumers.” The ECO HOME 10 tariff launched on 22 March and customers can switch via the Home Energy website.

Introducing the Elektrostore by Fischer – high heat retention storage heaters

Electric heating manufacturer Fischer Future Heat has added to its portfolio of efficient heating systems with the launch of the Elektrostore – a high heat retention storage heater.

Designed to work in conjunction with new energy tariff – the Eco Home 10 – Fischer’s Elektrostore can save customers up to 27% on running costs.

Fischer’s high heat retention Elektrostore charge overnight using electricity when it is at its cheapest. The output of heat during the day is then regulated based on the storage of heat and a room thermostat, which ensures customers are heating rooms in an economical and efficient way.

Hybrid heating

Utilising over 75 years of knowledge and experience with electric heating, Fischer has developed a brand-new energy-efficient solution for customers promising unrivalled comfort and warmth without it costing the Earth.

The Eco Home 10 Heat Package is a combination of the new Elektrostore HHR storage heater and Fischer’s 40mm HeatCore radiators that can heat rooms whenever you need it. This combination of utilising 10 hours of cheaper rates of electricity provides you with complete comfort and warmth economically and efficiently. The Eco Home 10 HYBRID Heat Package can also work together with Fischer’s electric boilers and air source heat pump delivering further options to suit a range of circumstances.
