Createmaster make digital retrofit solutions to help asset owners organise disparate building information in one platform

The platform ensures key-building information is available and accessible ahead of higher-risk building registration.

The platform is aimed at asset owners and building duty holders. Createmaster aims to combine existing disparate building information from in-use higher-risk buildings (HRBs) with a Zutec platform. According to Createmaster, the platform provides a user-friendly dashboard to manage documents and data.

The Createmaster team process, organise and categorise information using a reliable and adaptable template. This approach ensures uniformity in information and assists in the seamless creation of building safety cases.

The platform can help companies meet Building Safety Act standards

Users can demonstrate compliance with the Building Safety Act. This will help them meet registration deadlines and deliver essential building information to the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) before the end of September.

“With huge volumes of information and documentation for legacy building stock all over the place — so disparate systems, formats, and states of completeness and quality — preparing for building safety obligations can be lengthy and difficult for the majority of asset owners and duty holders,” said James Cannon, commercial director at Createmaster.

Building Safety Act requirements now stipulate that HRBs are not just registered with the BSR by the end of September, but key building information is provided within 28 days of a building being registered to demonstrate and evidence building safety and BSA compliance,” he added.

Creatermaster’s digital retrofit solutions simplify complex data

The Zutec platform serves as the foundation for comprehensive building safety management across the entire asset lifecycle. It simplifies the process of finding missing documents and data gaps. This allows for easy editing. The platform ensures that all information remains current and tracks change meticulously for auditing purposes.

The platform offers the capability to grant permissions to various stakeholders, such as internal compliance teams, third-party consultants, or the Building Safety Regulator (BSR), facilitating seamless access. This feature simplifies the process of transferring a building to Facility Management, ensuring a smoother handover.

“We take the pain out of digital retrofitting building stock and putting data in one place for document management and tenant communication. Only when you can fully understand building risk through accessible information can you put adequate measures and controls in place to ensure building safety while supporting compliance and the path to golden thread,” concluded Cannon.
