Muse Developments expands Soho team with two appointments

Muse Developments has appointed Elizabeth Wright and Robert Allan to its southern team at Soho Square, as part of the business’ continued strategic expansion

Elizabeth Wright joins Muse as a senior development manager from London & Regional, where she focused on the delivery of a range of hotel schemes in the UK and Greece.

Wright worked for Homes England and Countryside Properties, delivering a number of residential schemes, including the regeneration of St Mary’s Island, Chatham – a new community of over 1,750 new homes.

Robert Allan joins the team as a development director from Cain International, having previously worked at Hammerson and Derwent London.

Allan has considerable experience in leading on major mixed-use schemes across Greater London and beyond, most recently, The Stage, a high-profile, 2.5-acre development in Shoreditch, comprising two office buildings, 412 homes, alongside retail and restaurant space.

Time to drive investment and regeneration

Allan added: “I’m delighted to join the team at Muse Developments, to help drive forward economic and social value through regeneration as the business looks to expand its reach in the South.”
