Building service contractors are being asked to complete the new Building Engineering Business Survey…

The Electrical Contractors’ Association (ECA) with support from the Scolmore Group has launched a new building service survey.

The ECA has asked its almost 3,000 members working in building services, electrical, and electrotechnical sectors to complete the new Building Engineering Business Survey.

The survey, which aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the current business environment across the industry, will also show trends within the market.

ECA Chief Executive Steve Bratt said: “The ECA is delighted to launch the sector-leading Building Engineering Business Survey, supported by Scolmore.

“The survey will show how the sector is performing, what it expects to happen next, and the key business trends across the building services sector”.

Scolmore Group Marketing Manager Marie Parry also commented, stating: “Scolmore are proud to be providing sponsorship support for the ECA’s ‘Building Engineering Business Survey’.

“We understand the importance of supporting these types of initiatives within the industry and are committed to providing assistance wherever possible.”

Results of the survey will be made available to the government as well as key stakeholders when it is published in February.
