Ardent Hire Solutions will see a new chairman in place, it has emerged.
The position will be filled by the former head and non-executive chair of Galliford Try Greg Fitzgerald, who will bring extensive experience to the role.
Ardent was set up last August and was the result of an amalgamation between Fork Rent and One Call Hire.
The firm boasts one of the largest joint telehandlers and excavator fleet in the UK, with some 11 depots nationwide and a fleet holding of around £150m.
Steve Corcoran, chief executive of Ardent Hire Solutions said: “With Greg’s long standing, extensive and wide ranging experience in the housing and construction arena, he will bring an invaluable in-depth knowledge of our markets and customer activities to our business.
