Europe’s leading modular accommodation provider, Algeco, has announced three new appointments to its commercial offsite team

Wayne Yeomans, Richard Crawshaw and Oscar Jenkins have all been appointed to the Alegeco offsite team to help grow the business’s modular division.

Bringing with him vast experience having provided solutions for construction clients and building designers in a wide range of sectors, Wayne Yeomans will join the offsite team as the new sales director.

Drive sales across Algeco modular permanent construction solutions

He will be responsible for the strategic leadership of the commercial teams and will contribute to the overall growth strategy, as the business looks to consolidate recent project wins and drive sales across its permanent building solutions portfolio.

Richard Crawshaw and Oscar Jenkins both join the Algeco offsite team as business development managers where they will focus on growing sales of Algeco offsite and modular permanent construction solutions.

They have a strong customer-focused approach and will each develop a regional strategy and support initiatives for opportunities for Algeco offsite.

Having moved from the Algeco Modular Hire division Crawshaw has an in-depth understanding of the business and the products and services it offers.

Oscar joins from Darwin Group, bringing with him a detailed understanding of modern methods of construction.

Algeco offsite business is rapidly growing, as customers look at benefits of offsite construction systems

James Withey, managing director at Algeco, said: “Our offsite business is currently undergoing rapid growth as more customers look to access the benefits of our offsite construction systems. All three new starters will be interacting directly with customers to ensure that their needs are being met.

“Wayne and the new business development team bring a wealth of sales management experience and valuable know-how that will be an asset to our fast-growing offsite business.

“They have a deep understanding of the marketplace, and what architects and property companies need to meet their building requirements. We welcome them to the Algeco offsite team.”

The appointments follow new project wins for the Algeco offsite business, including the £19.2m Laurence Calvert Academy Middleton Complex in Leeds.
