The East Anglia leg of LABC’s virtual roadshow will feature another of Actis’s RIBA-approved Future Homes Standards CPD next month

The East Anglia stop of the virtual LABC technical roadshow, on Wednesday February 7 from noon until 2pm, will see Actis’ South East England regional specification manager Jason Docherty share key elements of the popular CPD with builders, specifiers, architects and building control officers from across East Anglia.

Tomorrow’s Insulation Solutions for Future Homes Standards CPD will focus on insulation to meet the new tighter Building Regulations Part L requirements, while other experts will talk on issues such as warranty defects.

Other LABC CPD partners at the event, which is worth two hours of CPD training, will each offer insight into a specific technical issue and a proposed solution designed to educate and inform.

The last virtual event, for professionals in the East Midlands, presented by northern UK regional specification manager Amaret Chahal, went down a storm, with chartered building surveyor Martyn Griffiths describing it as excellent for content, delivery and the information it offered.

As a result, he says he will probably specify Actis products in future projects.

This is the sixth year in a row in which Actis is working with LABC as a CPD partner. You can reserve your place here.
