The next category in PBC Today’s preview of the Building Innovation Awards, taking place on 23 October, is Most Innovative Training Provider

Tackling skills shortages and, just as importantly, ensuring the industry’s workforce is equipped with the know-how to adapt to new ways of working are some of the biggest challenges facing construction.

This award will recognise the companies who are addressing these challenges head-on by investing in training programmes that help their employees to continually evolve their skillset – and that embrace digitalisation in order to attract and inspire a new generation.

The nominees for the Most Innovative Training Provider are:

3B Training

3B Training has an ever-expanding offering of classroom-based, eLearning, in-house and NVQ courses for a variety of industries. 3B delivers training from nationally recognised accreditations such as CITB, IOSH, NEBOSH, Highfield, Edexcel and Proqual. 3B Training aims to be the UK’s leading construction health & safety training provider and does this by investing in training, embracing change and trying to be ahead of the competition by introducing newer and slicker processes.

Archilizer

Archilizer is a leading BIM consultancy and a training provider for the architectural sector. They approach learning with joy and excitement. In the brilliant words of Gloria Steinem: “If you want to have fun and laughter and sex and poetry and music at the end of the revolution, you have to have fun and laughter and sex and poetry and music on the way.” Upwards towards the digital revolution with Archilizer!

Digital Node

Digital Node is a digital construction consultancy and training provider for the construction industry, supporting the built environment in its uptake and knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM) adoption and implementation. It provides advice, insight, training and education to construction professionals all over the world on advanced digital solutions and BIM implementation and management processes.
