Leading timber frame specialist Scotframe has strengthened its commercial team with Tony Campbell as the new commercial sector director

Big changes are happening at timber frame specialist Scotframe, with a new commercial senior director appointed to lead the commercial team. The company is continually looking to improve its customer experience, and it is hoped that Tony Campbell’s new position will do just that.

Tony Campbell has been appointed commercial sector director and will be responsible for the commercial teams. Previously, he worked in operations for Scotframe and before that he worked at Scotframe’s parent company, the Saint-Gobain Group, as site manager and then sales director.

The new commercial team is made up of fourteen individuals, including heads of estimating, procurement and data alongside four regional business development managers. The team will be supported by experienced estimators, trainees and administrative staff.

Scotframe has 30 years’ worth of experience with builders, developers, housing associations, architects and surveyors in the UK and beyond. It takes pride in its service quality and this has been integral to its success as a business.

Resources have been increased in both sales and estimating and is now working on its account management team. Developing and maintaining relationships with the customer will remain at the heart of this process.

Timber frame is an extremely sustainable and technologically advanced form of construction. The material ensures high quality, reduces overall build costs and reduces the time it takes to build. An additional cost saving is achieved through improved productivity, reduced time on site, waste minimisation and reduced defects.

Commercial sector director, Tony Campbell, said:
