The Fox Talbot Close project comprises of 9 homes just outside of Reading Town Centre. The development is surrounded by existing housing and sits within a conservation area.
Framing for the units were manufactured and installed in a few weeks
Through working with Paramount Timber, Kings Meadow Homes found that the build time was significantly reduced. Alongside this, the reduced build time also meant that disruption to residents and the environment was minimised, with framing for the units manufactured offsite and installed in a matter of weeks.
Commenting on the project, Kings Meadow Homes said: “We’ve been impressed with the level of service and expertise that the team has shared with us. Paramount have treated our project as their own since we first engaged them.”
Kings Meadow Homes selected Paramount Timber Frame as their build partner based on previous experience and success in multi-unit developments.
The project is due to complete in October 2022.
