Winning the Enterprise Vision Awards 2026 New Business Award is a moment I will never forget
On 2 October, I attended the Enterprise Vision Awards at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool as a finalist, surrounded by some incredible businesses and inspiring women.
And then my name was called: “Kate Morement, Restore Compliance, Winner.”
It was one of those moments where everything stops for a second.
What made it even more special was looking out into the room and seeing our Restore leadership team and their partners cheering me on. There were tears, huge hugs, celebrations and a lot of disbelief!
Recognising teamwork at Restore Compliance
Although the award has my name on it, it genuinely feels like a recognition of everything we have built together.
When I started Restore Compliance, I knew exactly what I wanted the business to stand for.
I had seen what bad looked like.
I wanted to create something where what good looks like matters – from compliance and technical standards to how we communicate, how we lead and, importantly, how we look after our people.
That belief has shaped Restore from day one.
The Enterprise Vision Award is dedicated to the whole team
Winning this award feels like recognition of that approach.
It recognises Restore’s growth, but also the values behind it. We have worked hard to build a business where doing the right thing matters, where people are supported and where compliance isn’t simply about ticking a box.
I am incredibly proud of our leadership team and the wider Restore team. They challenge me, support me and bring their own expertise and energy to the business every day.
So, while I may have collected the award, this is a team achievement.

Standing there on 2 October, looking at that award and seeing our people celebrating with me, I felt incredibly proud.
