London based, property developer Joseph Homes, has appointed Michael Bryn-Jones as its new managing director

Mr Bryn-Jones will join the company during a time of rapid growth.

Having worked at St George, Medici Development Services and City Lofts Group, Mr Bryn-Jones brings over 30 years’ experience in residential development and a depth of knowledge of the sector to the team.

Knowing what it takes to succeed in the sector, Mr Bryn-Jones joined St George in 1994 as a junior member of staff for the land team and worked up the ranks to progress to Group Managing Director.

In order to create sustainable homes that champion creativity and environmentally friendly materials all over the capital, Joseph Homes takes it upon themselves to hire those who share the same innovative vision and values.

Discussing the philosophy that underpins the Joseph Homes approach, Michael said: “The spirit of exploring new ideas, experimenting with new techniques and pushing industry norms is something I really identify with. Property is an entrepreneurial business, and you have to set your standards high, then work to surpass them.

“With an acquisitive business plan and funding reserved to deliver at scale, Joseph Homes is perfectly placed to take advantage of the current cycle.”

Michael added: “I was impressed by the way Joseph Homes always provides a bespoke solution responding to the environment and market conditions.

“I also really like how they invest in the communities they work in, whether through supporting neighbourhood initiatives or speaking to locals to find out what’s really important to them.

“As a relatively small company everyone within the business is bought into the culture and has shared passion and involvement in the homes and places we deliver.”

Joseph Homes developments that are in progress include: The Tramyard in Balham and No.1 Millbrook Park in Mill Hill.

Set in an idyllic location between Balham and Tooting Bec underground stations, The Tramyard consists of 70 contemporary one and two-bedroom apartments and two and three-bedroom duplexes which were opened earlier this year.

Launching in 2019. No.1 Millbrook Park in Mill Hill is set to provide 144 new homes comprising of 111 one and two-bedroom apartments and 33 three and four-bedroom townhouses.
