Building warranty specialist, ICW Group has made a trio of appointments to ICW Technical Services, its building surveying division, after a succession of new project wins
The building warranty and building control company has announced the promotion of Ken Bessent to the position of surveying services manager, along with Ant Allen and Steve Harness in the newly created regional manager roles.
Ken Bessent is a highly experienced building surveyor and is now taking on the role of surveying services manager with responsibility for managing the surveying liaisons and expectations with ICW clients on high value and complex projects across London and the South East.
Bessent began working with ICW in 2017 and has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Working across both residential and commercial developments, he will now co-ordinate and oversee some of the larger-scale projects that ICW are supporting.
Having worked for ICW for several years, Ant Allen has progressed to regional manager. Allen is a qualified structural engineer and provides valuable technical input to residential and commercial build projects. He will continue to lead on MMC projects for ICW as well as taking on team management responsibility.
Steve Harness, who is an experienced building surveyor and has worked with ICW for several years, also takes on a regional manager role. A key focus for Harness will be to oversee the management of a team of surveyors and to manage key client relationships to drive the business forward.
These promotions will be at the forefront of driving future growth for ICW.
