Tilbury Douglas has appointed Andrew Bull as managing director for infrastructure, replacing Paul Thain

Andrew Bull will bring over 30 years of infrastructure insight to the role, with previous experience leading the delivery of complex multi-disciplinary infrastructure programmes and major projects in water, highways, rail and marine sectors across the UK and overseas.

Andrew has held senior roles at Arcadis and Costain

Previous experience includes being a senior partner at Arcadis, as well spending several years as its UK Water Sector lead, during which time he also served as a board member on the Welsh Water Alliance and South West Water Alliance. Prior to Arcadis, he spent 25 years with Costain, progressing through several senior leadership roles.

Commenting on his appointment, Andrew said: “I am really looking forward to joining Tilbury Douglas at what I believe to be an exciting time for the business. With the brand’s strong heritage, it is well positioned for future growth.”

Andrew steps into the role following the retirement of Paul Thain, previous managing director for infrastructure.
