Joint venture to deliver 620 new homes at foothills of Killinarden

The Arden Team DAC, including Ó Cualann Cohousing Alliance, Sisk Living and Kelland Homes have come together to support the delivery of the Foothills Killinarden development for South Dublin County Council

The development at Killinarden will embrace both the existing community and features of the locality, whilst realising its own unique identity.

It will comprise a fully integrated mix of affordable purchase, private and social homes to provide accommodation in a tenure blind scheme.

Sick have said they “look forward to working with the community and stakeholder to create a lifelong development for future generations.”
