Interserve has won a total facilities management (TFM) contract worth £18.5m per annum to deliver TFM services at seven of Landsec’s major retail centres across the UK
Interserve has delivered soft facilities management services to Landsec, one of the UK’s leading commercial retail and property companies, since 2015.
The deal is in part a recognition of the successful delivery of the original contract, but also reflects Interserve’s ability to deliver ‘best-in-class’ hard FM services.
The four-year contract embraces project management, engineering and fit-out services as well as existing service lines such as cleaning, security and customer services. The new contract includes the provision of services at Landsec’s sites in Oxford, Leeds, London and Cardiff.

South West Wales regional contractors framework
Interserve has recently been selected as a contractor for the new £1bn South West Wales regional contractors framework (SWWRCF).
The framework will support capital development and infrastructure across the South West Wales Region until 2024.
Projects included in the framework include commercial, housing and public buildings with ten lots are split by location and value covering projects valued up to £15m and above.
