Graham has been appointed to deliver £100m worth of hospital upgrades for Whittington Health NHS Trust

The hospital upgrades include a new extension for maternity and neonatal services, fire remediation, and infrastructure upgrade works.

Graham will deliver the works within the constraints of a busy live hospital environment.

Graham was appointed through the ProCure22 framework and completion is expected in 2028.

The Whittington Hospital upgrades form part of Whittington Health NHS Trust’s Estates Strategy, which identifies a range of investment plans and opportunities to provide excellent clinical facilities and improve their estate’s infrastructure.

Rob Joyce, development director at Graham, said: “Upgrading the hospital will deliver much-needed resources and set the bar for state-of-the-art healthcare services locally.
