Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure has achieved Investors in People Platinum, demonstrating their commitment to good people management

Investors in People Platinum is the highest level that an organisation can achieve. In addition, the company was presented with an additional Health and Wellbeing Award for its focused commitment in this area. Investors in People noted Morgan Sindall’s health and wellbeing efforts having a clear alignment to the company’s ambition to be a great place to work.

Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, manage and support people effectively to achieve sustainable results. Underpinning the Standard is the Investors in People framework, which reflects the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry.

Morgan Sindall Constructions recent project appointments

Morgan Sindall has recently been appointed to deliver the Stoneham Park Primary Academy, as part of the Southern construction framework. They have also won a £19m contract to build a new Basingstoke headquarters for international pharmaceutical blue chip, Eli Lilly and Company.
